Face painting adds a magical dimension to any kids party, or adults for that matter! It’s pictures drawn on the face or body using colourful, cosmetic grade makeup. I’m a fabulous face and body painter available for any kind of party, event, festival, fete or business. I use TAG, FUSION, Face Art, Global, Graftobian, Wolfe, and Diamond FX professional face paint which is safe, non-toxic, FDA compliant and does not contain any harsh chemicals.

I enjoy entertaining and interacting with kids, and I’m also happy to work with other party entertainers and services – other face painters and body artists, balloon twisters, giant bouncy castle people, photographers and cake designers, to make your party planning as simple as it can be.
I am also available to face paint for fetes, festivals and fairs. I can charge per face painted or by the hour, which is popular for in-store face painting – a great option to bring in families to your store! I’m happy to entertain the kids while the parents shop.

Face Paint Removal Tips
Be careful to avoid contact with clothing.
Use a soapy washcloth to loosen the paint and rinse with water. Use care around the eye area. You can rest assured that all the products I use are Australia, UK, EU and FDA compliant.
What to expect if you have hired the service of Blooming Body Art
I will arrive 10 mins early (with everything I need including a table and chair for the paintee) to set up and engage with the children. I’ll explain the way we will work through the line and the options available (which can be pre-selected by you).
I will stay until all faces wanting paint, are painted. And I will ensure the guest of honour gets something a little extra than the rest of the guests as well. I will clean up and take all the rubbish away. Optional extras are available like glitter, games and entertainment.
I provide all of my own equipment and just need a sheltered space of around 1 metre, unless at an event where I provide gazebo 3x3m (this could be provided for parties at an additional cost).
Other painters in the area are priced a bit higher and have more experience, so I’ve decided to offer my services cheaper because I am still learning and I want to put it within reach for more families.

The Types of Face Paint I Use
I use 2 different kinds of paints, wax-based and glycerine based. All of our paints are water activated, vegan and hypo-allergenic. They are all 100% safe for skin. Some paints do stain a little, I recommend you use anything oily that’s ok for the skin after your usual wash off to remove any residual staining
WAX-BASED FACE PAINTS
Wax based face paints are paints with paraffin wax. The wax based brands I use are – TAG, FUSION, Global, Wolfe, and Diamond FX.
